The underwriters have agreed to purchase 8.93m common shares at a price of C$2.80/share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$25m. There is a 15% over-allotment option. Strategic investors led by Pierre Lassonde and Eric Sprott indicated they intend to subscribe for shares totaling C$8.75m.
